These classes are open to everyone!

 

If you are interested in yoga, please call The Courts at 219-465-1111.  We will start when enough people have expressed interest.  Classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays; late morning/early afternoon.

 

Yoga has many benefits for both the athlete and non-athlete.  It helps improve flexibility, mobility, strength, and control of breath.  Athletes in any sport will find yoga beneficial.  For those stuck behind a computer all day; there are exercises for your hands and wrists as well as exercises for improving shoulder, back, and leg postures.
